Is FocusFrame free?
Yes — FocusFrame is completely free to download and use forever. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no premium tier. If you love it, there's an optional donation via Buy Me a Coffee, but it's entirely up to you.
Does FocusFrame work on Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, M4)?
Yes. FocusFrame is a universal binary and runs natively on both Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, M4) and Intel Macs. No Rosetta translation needed.
Which macOS versions are supported?
FocusFrame requires macOS 13 Ventura or later. It is fully compatible with macOS 13 (Ventura), macOS 14 (Sonoma), and macOS 15 (Sequoia).
Does FocusFrame collect data or need an internet connection?
Never. FocusFrame has zero network activity. It does not connect to the internet, collects no usage data, has no analytics, and sends no telemetry — ever. Everything stays on your device.
How do I uninstall FocusFrame?
Click the FocusFrame icon in the menu bar → Quit FocusFrame. Then delete FocusFrame.app from your Applications folder. No background services, no launch agents, no system extensions are left behind.
Will macOS show a security warning when I open FocusFrame?
No. FocusFrame is signed with a Developer ID certificate and notarized by Apple. macOS will open it without any Gatekeeper warning — just like any App Store app.
